Description:	SUSHI MAKING Fresh, delicious and healthy - sushi has so much going for it. Emphasising the importance of making good sushi rice, our Japanese chef shows you the tricks to making your own style of sushi easily at home. Food costs are included in the fee. Please bring a tea towel, cloth and scourer. Tutor: Toshi Logan 451 Sat 30 Oct 1-4pm 1 session $39 includes food costs
